The Accommodation

Outfields Farm Camping 2024

Outfields Farm is opening a campsite for Twinwoods festival.
Situated a mile from the Twinwoods Arena at the bottom of the old run way 5 acre paddock is perfect for those who prefer not to be too close to the hustle and bustle of the events.

The setting is stunning, and Outfields has to be the perfect rural retreat. Peace and quiet and lots of space. Each pitch is very large, and you can face anyway you like. The nearest road is over 3/4 mile away.

The paddock is completely fenced (ideal for those with small children) and completely surrounded by open fields. There are numerous public bridleways nearby and alongside the adjacent stream.
So here’s the deal!
We’ll mow the grass and take the goats out of the field. There is a water supply and there will be a point for general refuse and liquid/chemical waste. There are 20 power outlets available which are limited to 13amps so no cookers, electric kettles or water heaters.

Simple but clean showers and toilets are available as well as running water and waste disposal.

Campsite Etiquette (The Do’s & Don’ts)

Our aim is for everyone to enjoy their stay. If everyone follows the etiquette below we should have a happy campsite!
Campsite Etiquette: Please show consideration for other residents of the Campsite by not causing noise, playing radios/music too loudly, etc. Please dispose of all rubbish, litter etc in the bins provided. If a resident does not show consideration, we reserve the right to cancel their booking at which point they will have to immediately leave the campsite.

A quiet site policy: Campers are requested to avoid excessive noise at all times, being quiet between the hours of 12am and 7am. (Those who do not comply may be asked to leave the site.)

Dogs: Dogs must be kept under close control, exercised away from camping areas, and any mess cleared up immediately. Putting poo in a bag does not make it go away. Please put bag in wheelie bin.

Fire points: We will ensure that there are adequate fire points and a system of raising the alarm in the event of fire.

Petrol/Diesel Generators: For reasons of noise and for health and safety these are not allowed on the site.
All vehicles: The speed limit on the site is 5mph and must be observed at all times. Motor bikes or quad bikes are not permitted on the site.

Out of Bounds: Open fires and Barbecues are not permitted in the paddock due to the fire risk. There is a BBQ for use in the Wedding Garden behind the Barn.

Fires & Barbecues: Open fires and/or disposable barbecues are not permissible but you are welcome to bring charcoal or gas barbecues provided that they are raised off the grass and are suitably sited and attended so that they are not a hazard to other campers.

Insurance: We will have Public Liability Insurance for the field. We will take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any possessions. Your are required to have your own suitable insurance cover.
